Zahra is the founder and CEO of Will2Well. She is a Master Certified Life Coach, Body Transformation Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor with a diploma in fitness and health from Centennial College. Zahra believes in education, motivation and empowering individuals with the right mindset and wellness strategies to achieve their highest potential. She provides a safe space to help clients achieve their visions, such as simplifying life, making more money, having healthier relationships, and finding happiness, fulfillment, peace, and joy. Personal training is also a powerful tool to change mindsets, love oneself, rethink obesity, uphold values, and transform the body. Zahra encourages embracing flaws and celebrating strengths through safe, challenging and FUN exercises.

The project involves researching best practices in weight management, analyzing current service offerings, and identifying gaps that need to be addressed. The team will develop a strategic plan that outlines the necessary steps to transition into a full-service clinic. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of health sciences, business strategy, and project management in a real-world setting. The focus will be on creating a cohesive plan that aligns with Will2Well's mission and values, ensuring a seamless transition and enhanced client experience.
First Aid and CPR Training Initiative
Will2well Inc. aims to expand its business by establishing a new sub-category focused on providing First Aid and CPR training. The goal is to become an official training partner of the Red Cross, starting from the ground up. This project involves researching the requirements and processes needed to become a certified training partner, developing a comprehensive business plan, and creating a marketing strategy to attract clients. The project will provide learners with the opportunity to apply their knowledge of business development, strategic planning, and marketing. The tasks are closely related and can be completed by a team of business students within a single academic program.
Digital Content Creation
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content. Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback.
Social Media Marketing Campaign
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We hope to revamp our social media marketing to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to design a new social media marketing campaign for our company. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our company’s products, social media campaign goals and target market. Identifying social media channels and strategies suitable for our company. Planning types of campaign content to create for each channel. Identifying metrics to monitor throughout the campaign. Creating a social media content calendar that outlines important steps in the campaign. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending social media management tools to schedule our content.
