Creative Work
The project's overarching goal is to establish a dynamic and inclusive platform that welcomes and curates a wide range of creative work, all aimed at benefiting Master Teo's Taekwondo in Markham, Ontario. This project seeks to harness the collective creativity and talents of our community, including students, instructors, and local artists, to produce a diverse array of content and materials that can enhance our school's visibility, engagement, and overall impact. By fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity, we aim to generate innovative marketing collateral, artwork, videos, educational resources, and promotional materials that will elevate our brand, attract more students, and strengthen our bonds within the Markham community. Through this initiative, we endeavor to tap into the boundless potential of creativity to propel Master Teo's Taekwondo to new heights, while simultaneously providing a platform for personal expression and artistic growth for all involved.
Blogging
Our company advertises thousands of products online. We want to create a blog to strengthen our marketing. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog.
Information Technology Plan
Our company relies heavily on information technology (IT) services to manage data. We want to develop a roadmap for getting our IT assets and capabilities where they need to be to ensure future competitiveness and success in our industry. We would like to collaborate with students to create a strategic information technology (IT) plan based on a needs assessment. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing yourself with our mission and vision statements. Completing a needs assessment. Researching industry / competitor IT trends and capabilities. Recommending processes for training and implementation of an IT plan. Drafting budget and costs for an organization of our size. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Conducting a pilot program with the proposed IT plan and making revisions.
