The project aims to develop a 3-month content plan that includes 20-30 posts designed to increase brand awareness and foster connections with HR professionals interested in cultivating exceptional work cultures. Learners will apply their knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies to craft compelling copy, select relevant hashtags, and design engaging images. This project provides an opportunity for students to translate classroom theories into practical skills, focusing on content creation and audience engagement. The ultimate goal is to create a cohesive and effective content calendar that aligns with LIVD's brand values and objectives.
