I am a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) student at Queen’s University with a unique blend of creative and scientific expertise. My background spans two distinct yet complementary fields, visual communication and healthcare research, allowing me to bring both precision and creativity to my work.

In the creative sphere, I have collaborated with companies through Riipen projects, including Elan Healthcare, where I developed product brochures, social media assets, and a comprehensive branding guide, and E.Aferi Creative Design Agency, where I contributed to brand rebrands, lead magnets, and professional marketing materials. Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and WordPress, I excel at creating cohesive visual identities that align with organizational goals.

In healthcare and research, I have contributed to translational projects in immunology and youth mental health, gaining hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques, data analysis, and clinical research coordination. Main Goal : The primary objective of the E.Aferi Rebrand Initiative: Creative Innovation & Strategic Design is to empower students to collaborate with our team to execute a dynamic and multifaceted rebranding project. The goal is to provide students with real-world experience while achieving critical milestones for our agency's evolution. Students will work on tasks and deliverables that are clearly defined and relevant to their fields of study, including project coordination, marketing strategy, content creation, and video editing. Each role requires foundational skills in the respective area, with room for growth and mentorship throughout the project. The scope of the project is carefully structured to be achievable within approximately 60 hours, spread across the 8-week timeline. Creating Graphic Design Assets

Our company has had the same design assets for several years, and although we have enjoyed this branding, we are looking to revamp and update our brand book. This may involve: Creating a new branding guide that is new, but still aligned with our existing branding including fonts, colors, logo usage and imagery to be used. Meeting with the project manager to evaluate the choices made for the branding book to ensure it is aligned with company branding goals, and making any necessary revisions. Designing and presenting thumbnails for design assets (banner ad, illustration, infographic, etc) based on the branding guide to be included in a proposal and presented to the project manager. Executing the full designs for each branding asset using Canva, based on the approved thumbnails. Creating multiple thumbnails with different color schemes based on the colors in the branding guide.
