Faryn has been a delight to work with and have her assist our charity to reach our goals and strategic planning. Faryn has been helping with all administrative communications; from making calls, returning emails and communicating with our donors and updating our files. She has also been key in producing our communication packages for our HHH student sponsorship donors. Faryn has helped with our shipping containers to Haiti and donation drop off to other charities of choice. She has help gather research for our charity and is always eager to learn new things. She has been an asset to our charity and I definitely hope that we can have her back to help us furhter. Excellent skill sets and great personality. We all appreciated her work ethic and positive burst of energy.

Faryn was recently hired by Help Heal Humanity through the Riipen co-op program to be our HHH assistant. During her time at our organization, she has been involved in multiple projects that vary from creative writing/marketing; donor communications, student sponsorship packages and taking the initiative to go well-beyond the scope of her role. To provide a brief overview, Faryn is an excellent worker who has proven herself to be a key driving force within our organization. She always arrives at her shifts on time and with a positive attitude. Additionally, any tasks that are assigned to her are completed efficiently and with care. Her ability to continuously demonstrate a high level of commitment towards our organization has allowed her to take upon roles outside of her position (that are further elaborated upon below).. She is often described as being a ‘team leader’ which is evident through her initiative to pitch her own ideas and projects. Examples of this are her organizing our current grant writing team and a $100,000 sponsorship campaign. Other programs that she was a critical factor are our educational programs such as our ‘Students for Humanity’ and our recent student sponsorship campaign. To ensure that goals & deadlines are being met, she has developed a balance of holding her peers accountable to their designated roles while consistently making herself available to help others when needed. Her initiative to take upon any roles that are requested upon her is one of her most redeeming qualities and is a strong example of the level of loyalty she exhibits towards her employers. In addition, Faryn has been instrumental in helping HHH with its inventory warehouse and ensuring that all out good and services were distributed evenly among both our local and global communities. She has helped HHH achieve its strategic plans and was part of the team that ensured all our goals were met effectivity and according to our professional standards. Given all the qualities described above; unparalleled skill set within marketing, media, administrative and education; I am confident in stating that she will be a positive addition for any future employer or individuals that are seeking her skill set.
