Mobile & Web App for IOS / Android: Computer Science
The primary focus for the student will be: The main coding languages will likely be React, Java, CSS, and HTML, and potentially others like python. Our goal at the end of this experience is: to have full functioning IOS, Android, and web applications that correspond with each other. Website Development - For the student(s) to complete a fully functioning website. Application Development - For the student(s) to create a fully functioning IOS / Android application the corresponds with the website. Create the backend for easy management of the app. Real-Time Data Visualization - For the student(s) to help us devise and implement a data visualization system to help our organization derive insights to inform decision-making. Open Source Software Management - For the student(s) to help us develop a set of tools we can implement or utilize if necessary or possible.

We want to add more elements to our existing website. The website is built on Wordpress. Interns should be prepared to: Create a design proposal including wireframes or low-fidelity mockups for our company's review. Build fully-functioning web pages, with our assistance in providing content and copy. Provide training on updating and maintaining the site.

Designing a captivating and easy-to-use website with the following functionality. Below is a high-level outline of the project: 1. Features: product catalog, shopping cart, and order submission. 2. Website Design: User Experience (UX) Design: Ensure a responsive design for various devices. Shopping Cart Functionality: Allow users to easily add/remove items from their cart. 3. Order Processing: Order Submission: Create a form for users to submit their orders. Validate user input to ensure accurate and complete orders. 4.Email Notifications: Set up an email notification system to send two emails: · Order Confirmation Email (Client): Thank the client for their order. Include a summary of the items ordered and the total amount. · Order Notification Email (Employee): Notify an employee about the new order. Include order details for fulfillment. 5. Marketing: Implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility on search engines.
