Real Adulting 101 - Online Course
Real Adulting 101 (an online, subscription based platform for adult education) would love to bring on your student(s) to develop an online course for our members based on their skill set, education and passions. Some of our courses so far include Investing, Budgets, Real Estate, Sustainability, Home Organization, Therapy, Dealing with Rejection and several more. Depending on the length of the courses (how many lessons are included for the course), there may be time allotted for the development of a course. Courses are created in three steps: Course Curriculum (50% of time, approximately 44 hours), Developing Presentation Breakdown (5% of time, approximately 4 hours), Filming (35% of time, approximately 28 hours) and Wiggle Room/Meetings (10% of time, approximately 8 hours - Mentorship, questions, connecting with other team members for learning, etc.).
Digital Content Creation
We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. Our mission is to inspire educators to constantly strive for higher learning experiences through professional practice, focusing on achieving their own goals. The ispyr to educate is an elevating and inspiring early childhood education encouraging early childhood educators that explores and examines the shifts and changes experienced in early childhood education. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. If you like the sound of our culture, and are ready to tackle this challenge with us, then we'd love to hear from you.
Marketing Intern
It would be great if a student could help us source, curate, create, and post the content. We would also like to implement strategies to increase awareness and foster engagement with the content.
Learning Resource Creation
The goal of this project is to work with the owner of Learn with Ivey to create valuable curriculum, teaching and learning resources, tools and experiences to be used by clients. By the end of this project, students will have had experience auditing and developing curriculum and learning resources.
Online Course Designer (Part 1)
Ispyr is looking for someone with a passion for education to assist in the creation of content for an online course for early childhood educators. To make this content accessible, we will be offering it as an online course. Our first step is to create the content that will go into the course. We need to do research into understanding what content, layout and materials will be necessary for this course. Tasks include: Gathering and/or writing relevant course content information from personal experience, and research Assessing existing online training platforms and recommending the best platform for our course. Assisting in designing the course and revising training material.

Learning Resource Creator (Childcare, Early Years and Primary Grades)
To assist in the creation of learning content specifically designed for use in the childcare, early years and primary grade classrooms. Understanding that educators everywhere are limited by time and budget constraints, the team at ELF is working to create a high-quality accessible resource library. This resource library would include content from across all ages and disciplines to ensure that educators are best supported to inspire the future generation.
Project Coordinator: Digital Conference Launch
To assist in the development, marketing and delivery of a free virtual conference hosted by ELF. The Everything ECE Summit aims to provide valuable insights and address a range of crucial topics from behavioral management to play-based teaching and work-life balance. By offering the conference for free, we ensure that best practices and cutting-edge early childhood pedagogy are financially accessible to often underpaid ECEs. With an anticipated participation of 300 ECEs nationwide, this event is poised to widen our reach significantly, engage with new potential clients and make a highly impactful contribution to the profession. The conference aims to address best practices, learning through play, and work-life balance, providing valuable insights and community connection to enhance the professional development of ECEs.

The Everything ECE Latte Lounge is an online course launching in 2024 as a response to the widespread demand for community engagement, resource sharing, and connection in the ECE field in Canada. This course will be a community for Early Childhood Educators where they can access training, experience a community of moral support and collaborative sharing. Access to the course will be by a one-time access fee, providing members will lifetime access to valuable resources and a supportive network. The goal is for this course to be evergreen and self-sustaining, requiring no further external funding once established.

To assist in the development, marketing and launch of an online membership portal. The Everything ECE Supervisor Lounge is an online membership portal launching in 2024 in response to the widespread demand for community engagement, resource sharing, and connection in the ECE field in Canada. This portal will serve as a central hub, specifically for ECE supervisors for learning, training, moral support, and collaborative sharing. Membership will be facilitated through a monthly fee, providing members with ongoing access to valuable resources and a supportive network. The goal is for the platform to become self-sustaining, requiring no further external funding once established.
