The articles and other content will be based on topics we will provide for you. These will cover a broad range of subjects related to our niche of RVing, camping and boating. They could be related either to the parts we or to the recreational/outdoor lifestyle and related activities. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. In addition to the articles, social media posts will need to be provided to promote the article. We currently have many companies in our platform, including names like NASA, Wagtail and New York Public Radio. We would like to collaborate with students to create blog posts that drive more traffic to our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our goals, target market, products and services. Recommending topics for our blog posts. Drafting blog posts relevant to our business. Revising blog posts based on feedback. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending ways to market our blog. The blog posts are not going to be technical (i.e, you do not need any knowledge of software development). Our goal is to create blog posts containing statistics or trends related to technology in general. We will provide all the tools you need to do your own research. The only skills you need are: curiosity, ability to research information using the web and writing outstanding content.

Data Entry: review & approve blog posts, add internal links

Our content team creates dozens of new blog posts every week (published here: https://www.squash.io/tutorials/). These are mostly software development tutorials and other relevant content to our audience. We would like to collaborate with students in data entry to perform some basic final quality checks on these articles as well as adding internal links between articles when needed. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our content and structure. We do NOT require any experience with software development . You will review the articles based on a list of general guidelines that we will be providing to you. These are mostly related to visual aspects and formatting of the content. The internal links between articles are already automated, you only need to accept or ignore suggestions that are already made by a software/plugin that we use with Wordpress. We will provide detailed instructions on how to do that. Become familiar with WordPress and using a plugin to accept internal link suggestions. Approving or rejecting blog posts according to our internal guidelines.

Our company sells a complex line of products for walking multiple dogs. The main problem we are trying to solve is to improve our understanding of user experiences, so we can better inform the customer on what they need to purchase in their particular scenario. We would like to understand our strengths and areas of improvement from a customer perspective. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Conducting background research on customer journey mapping, our products and customers. Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews. Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process. Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map. Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths.

It will be important to gather information on buying behaviour, experiences, expectations, and perception of both our brand and our largest competitors. Tasks may involve: Creating an unbiased survey with questions regarding consumer experience with our brand, perception of our products/services, and opinions on our competitors. Creating effective conversation questions for customer interviews. Determining the best way to reach customers and how to motivate them to provide feedback on the company (we will distribute the survey accordingly). Analyzing trends within primary data collected through the survey and interviews, and reporting on them.
