We are looking to improve our social media content by posting QUOTES & Stats E) Research on and selection of 12 to 22 future non- copyright protected and/or anonymous QUOTES that align with our company Moto of “ living excellence”. Look at my Linken profile for examples of current posted quotes . We post 1 quote per month. Key goal of these posts is to highlight the fact that “excellence” is our driving force and to encourage/motivate “excellence” through our posts. F) Research on and selection of 12 to 22 statistics (that are not copyright protected and that we cite the source where we found the stat from) that serves to promote the services we offer on our website. This is a new initiative and we would like to post at least 1 well-researched statistic that is linked to our services/business per month.

Creation of Real Estate Reels from existing pictures and videos of properties

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. We have several photo files that need to be converted into Reels/ still moving pictures with music playing . This will be a typical real estate property feature video so that prospective tenants to watch this video instead of viewing the building in person. we also have 14 videos that need to be worked on to better tell a story of each unit that is featured in the unit. This project can lead to the creation of more content and Reels moving forward. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Real estate Drafting of captions on interesting “Did you know?” Researched facts

The purpose of this project is to draft captions (anywhere from 100 or more words per monthly post) based on the theme of the month.
