Felipe holds a post-graduation degree from CEPEAD - UFMG, in Marketing, Strategy and Operations. He is a specialist in Management - Emphasis in Business (Lato sensu postgraduate) by Fundação Dom Cabral. Graduated in Economic Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. Since 2007 he has been a Sales Director of the IE Intercâmbio Franchise in the city of Belo Horizonte, being a regional representative of Minas Gerais and Centro Oeste on the franchise council of the chain. He is also a Sales Coach in Minas Gerais at IE Intercâmbio. He has knowledge in sales, customer service, management, strategy, networks, franchises, people management, marketing, and services.

Main activities:
- Develop Business strategy with particular emphasis on Sales Management
- Engage customers - lead the teams to develop strong customer and partner relationships and build a growing business and drive IE adoption in a geographic territory and/or for a named set of customers
- Support the commercial relationship - plan and implement a portfolio of projects to the team, including budget & deliverable responsibilities, drive proposal construction, including estimations and deal pricing, conduct contract negotiations & execute contracts
