Business Management Consultancy
Looking to elevate your organization, and bring it to the next level? Bring on learners from Kansas State University to be your learner-consultants, in a project-based experience. Learners will work on one main project over the semester, connecting with you with virtual communication tools as needed. Learners with be scholars in the Rise Up program which serves business students who identify with an underrepresented group. The program is designed to propel scholars to a successful career while celebrating their diverse identities and cultures. Scholars receive perks including scholarships, leadership training, and corporate trips. Through Riipen we are ensuring that the scholars have the skills and experiences needed to be top candidates for internships and jobs. Students in Rise Up who will work on the Business Management Consultancy will be sophomore undergraduate students in management, HR, operations/supply chain, IT, or finance.
