It was such a pleasure to work with Patrizia and her team. First, the students were impressed with the innovation in product design, and wanted to work on the project. Once Patrizia accepted, she and her team provided the students with guidance and resources to create a social media strategy. Romane, in Patrizia’s team, has done a great job leading the students. Gloria International has been very generous in terms of time and resources to maximize student’s learning experience, and made it an enjoyable project.

Strategic Market analysis for a worldwide patented accessory

The challenge is to find the best strategy to enter the market with a less expensive elastic collar extender (under the in-house Brand C2) to directly compete with the metal collar extender without ruining the existing market of elastic high-end collar extenders (sold under the Brand COCHIC and Comfy). The COCHIC is also an in-house brand and the COCHIC elastic extender is sold mostly on Amazon.com and other stores like Men's Wearhouse stores. COCHIC and C2 are in-house brands. Cochic is a luxury brand and C2 is a less expensive brand. Both will be selling a worldwide patented elastic collar extender.

Digital Marketing Strategy

We are looking for students to help us upgrade either our B2C or our B2B digital marketing strategy to grow and engage our target market. We aim to generate high quality leads with your help. Within the project you will create, build and manage a lead generation machine for our business using Facebook and Instagram or LinkedIn. You will need to learn about the existing B2B and B2C customer. We have pivoted from B2B to B2C only recently post Covid.
