Brand Identity, Logo and Graphic Design
Positions available: 2-4( teams) Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more! We believe this project will require: Research to define our unique brand position and create consistent promotional messaging Logo and/or Name Proposal that highlights brand awareness and brand positioning A branding guide Identifying and using tools to design prototypes that can be implemented into our marketing collateral We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators to research. We are looking for a team of 2 to 4 students for a total of 320 hours.

Go-to-Market Software Launch Marketing Strategy
Our organization is able to offer a virtual opportunity for a team of students. The team will interact directly with the CEO through a collaborative relationship. We are looking for ideas...we do not believe we know everything and welcome innovation and energy. That combined with the business experience and wisdom of the founder and staff should prove extremely impactful. The students will have latitude, access to resources, seasoned professionals while building a great skill set. The primary focus for the students will be: to develop a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for our new software product. Our goal at the end of this experience is: to have a marketing strategy with clear execution direction to launch our first software product and for the students to have utilized and built skills that position them well for their future career prospects. Other duties the student may complete could include : Uncover marketing methods with the best ROI specifically for our new software product for our virtual career management service business. This begins with a market assessment. Based on those findings, develop a comprehensive launch marketing strategy. We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern using these communication tools: Microsoft Teams and email. Student's primary contact : Jill Huggett, CEO

Multi-coach Software Application Development
Help us architect a new software system that can handle all the essential features of our solution and remain scalable for additional feature implementation. We are looking to have a system that manages our service business that can be utilized by multiple users (coaches) and have a dashboard that both the customer and the user can see. Capabilities include: A customer dashboard as well as a user dashboard Capability to create forms with text boxes that a customer can complete as exercises and the user can view. User ability to log on and manage their individual customer engagements, without being able to see the other coach activities. An administrator-level that can see all of the customers and users

Virtual Internship: Marketing Strategy and Execution (1)

That combined with the business experience and wisdom of the founder and staff should prove extremely impactful. The primary focus for the students will be: to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for our firm. Our goal at the end of this experience is: to have a marketing strategy with clear execution direction for our firm and for the students to have utilized and built skills that position them well for their future career prospects. Other duties the student may complete could include : Uncover marketing methods with the best ROI specifically for our virtual career management service business. This includes a market assessment as well as an audit of what the company has employed over the past decade. Based on those findings, develop a comprehensive marketing strategy. Set up foundation for strategy. Set up tactics to execute strategy. Execute, measure and refine strategy. At end of internship, hand over detailed game plan that leaves no disruption.
