My experience working with the team at Haletale was both enriching and professionally rewarding. The scope of my work included writing detailed setup guides, product user articles, and developing strategic content briefs for newly released features. Several aspects stood out during my time on the project: Meaningful and Impactful Work: From the very beginning, I was entrusted with real, high-impact assignments. Creating user-facing articles that directly shaped the customer experience was both a significant responsibility and a powerful motivator. Knowing that my writing would empower actual users inspired me to deliver my best work. It was clear that my contributions were genuinely valued. Exceptional Mentorship and Support: The guidance and feedback I received were consistently thoughtful and constructive. My questions were always welcomed and answered thoroughly, whether they were about product features, or writing style. The regular check-ins and constructive reviews were instrumental in my growth, helping me refine my skills and understand the strategic intent behind each piece of content. I appreciated the opportunity to contribute to published articles and FAQs that would now be part of Haletale’s live knowledge base. I am grateful for the experience and confident that it’s helped me grow as a content strategist and UX writer.

Haletale Inc aims to enhance its customer support experience by reducing wait times through the integration of an AI-powered chatbot. The project involves creating high-quality content that will train the AI bot to efficiently handle customer inquiries. The goal is to ensure the bot can provide accurate, helpful, and timely responses to common customer questions, thereby improving customer satisfaction and reducing the workload on human support agents. This project offers learners the opportunity to apply their knowledge of AI, natural language processing, and customer service principles. The tasks will focus on developing a comprehensive set of training data, including FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and response templates, which the AI can use to learn and improve its interactions with customers.

We would like students to help us with creating content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We at Haletale are constantly working hard to grow and want to better understand our target market and audience as well as the overall market so we can uniquely position ourselves within our industry. The idea behind Haletale is to connect people and make them feel at home. We are an online Co-living platform providing all-inclusive, move-in-ready coliving units for international students and newcomers. Our properties are budget-friendly and have flexible lease dates. Our web app allows users to review properties and potential housemates, and apply and pay rent. Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including video, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. Business Development and Strategic Sales for Haletale Inc.

The main goal for the project is to develop and implement a strategic sales plan to reach potential customers and increase business development for Haletale Inc. This will involve reaching out to potential customers via different platforms, utilizing basic knowledge about real estate and Proptech, and leveraging good communication skills and CRM knowledge to drive sales and business growth. Students will be compiling a list of leads and contacts generated on an Excel/google sheet along with further information and notes collected from their research and outreach and submitted to the employer which will be reviewed weekly.
