Our organization is able to offer a virtual opportunity for three students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be Grant Writing for the organization. A grant writer (s) is someone who researches, writes, and submits proposals to institutions that provide grants . To do the job effectively, an experienced grant writer must: Scour lists of grants and identify those which align with the organization’s goals and objectives, while eliminating those that aren’t a good match. Craft a grant proposal that uses clear, concise language to persuade the grantor that the organization applying for the grant is a worthy recipient of funds. Respond to funder’s questions about the grant proposal and develop relationships with prospective donors.

Advertising & PR Campaign Plan

Student-consultant groups will create a fully integrated advertising and public relations campaign for Victorious Family's President & CEO and the organization's brand. The campaign includes planning, strategy and tactic development, research, and evaluation.

Victorious Family Academy Press Release Creation

We want to be recognized in our community and nationally for the work that we are doing. We have a great story to tell and we want it to be picked up by media outlets. We need students to create press releases for us. Students should be prepared to: Help us refine our story to something compelling and news-worthy Write three press releases around multiple news-worthy stories Identify media outlets that are most beneficial to us/most likely to pick the story up.

Training and Development Journey Map

Build a detailed employee life cycle journey map to identify gaps in training and development that can lead to improved performance of new and existing employees. Propose training and development solutions aligned with your organization’s competencies. Create a training plan for our Director of Donor Development leader.
