Working with Smartertech for Development was a great opportunity for Cape Breton University students enrolled in the Business Solutions & Strategy - Capstone project. Judith Butagira is highly cooperative and supportive to the advancement of students learning plans. This project gave students exposure to real world financial challenges faced by start-up companies. The students were able to apply theoretical concepts covered in class in solving these challenges. Contributing to the success of Smartertech for Development was highly important to the students. This was a great employer to collaborate with!

The employer (Judith) was absolutely amazing to work with, her knowledge of business along with her entrepreneurial skills was amazing to watch and helped me better understand the inner workings of a company such as smartertech. She delegated work and let me know exactly what could and couldn't be done within the given time so that all deliverables would be completed in a timely manner. Her guidance allowed me to do the best I possibly could for smartertech and I appreciate her professionalism and knowledge. I would work for her again at the drop of a hat!
