Bio

I'm currently the coordinator for the Research and Evaluation post-graduate program at Fanshawe College. My favourite courses to teach include statistics, research methods, the psychology of willpower, and the psychology of tabletop games. My publications include four editions of PSYCH (an Canadian edition of an introductory psychology textbook) and journal articles that appeared in the International Journal for the Psychology of Religion (2008), Social Justice Research (2008), and Deviant Behavior (2005), plus I'm a contributing developer on a handful of published board and card games.

Program research & evaluation for decision-making

SOSC-6003

Flexible

Programs and initiatives of all types involve the use of resources, which are limited and in high-demand. Good evaluation of the use of our resources is essential. Program evaluation serves this purpose as it is the systematic process of assessing the value of any activity. The assessment delivered is then immediately useful to inform important program decisions. Our students will provide your group with a detailed systematic evaluation of the design, implementation, or results of one of your programs or initiatives.
