Working with this team was a good experience, however I feel like they could have improved in a few areas. First, they didn't follow instructions when it came to the platform I wanted to be used to create posts. This created some delays and unnecessary back and forth edits. They did a good job when it came to understanding my brand voice and message and were able to capture that with their designs. However, they were working in a very large team, and I felt like they should have been able to produce more designs with the amount of time they had. This was discussed with them.
