Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for insight into our ideal customer personas. Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market. We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market and how we can better satisfy their needs. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products to better suit the market.

For Canada's Newcomer's Network, we would like research on settlement organizations & events so we can share it with our members; and baby/parent shows to share with Parent Life Network members.

For-Profit Grant Writing

We are looking for assistance in finding and completing grant applications that support our mission and vision statement. We believe this project will include: Researching and assessing grant opportunities that can fit the company’s needs and profile Write grant drafts or review grant applications Assist with defining a company-identified community problem and defining the scope of a corresponding project. Develop a needs statement that characterizes the community problem and justifies the need for our project and funding. Identify potential sponsors and funding opportunities that are a good fit for our organization and project. Interpret a request for proposal (RFP). Improve the clarity and persuasiveness of our company's grant proposal writing.

Prenatal Class Creation Part A

Main goal: Develop an on-line prenatal education course for the Black community. This project includes: Orientation with the organization’s brand, culture, assets and communication style Building upon the previous group's work on this course Assisting in designing the course material Researching and creating modules on specific topics Assisting in developing a marketing campaign Students are expected to: Write or edit the text based content for 3 modules Draft social media posts to promote the course
