This project is for students on the Bronx campus of Mercy University. This experience focuses on equipping learners with the essential management skills required to thrive in both local and global markets. Participants will gain insights into environmental awareness, group dynamics, and organizational skills, applying sound management principles to real-world scenarios. Learners will be able to define management functions, understand ethical behavior, and discuss strategies for addressing environmental issues. Mercy University’s Global Health course introduces students to essential health concepts and ethical frameworks that shape healthcare delivery worldwide. These advanced learners will apply their knowledge in data analysis, cultural competency, and ethical healthcare practices to tackle global health issues. Through this experience, students seek to build skills in global health data interpretation, social determinants of health, and comparative healthcare analysis. Employers are asked to participate in regular communications, provide necessary project information, attend a final virtual presentation, and give constructive feedback to student groups. Engagement in these areas helps ensure students gain practical insights while delivering valuable analyses and recommendations.
