Process for Matching: Project Submission: Interested businesses are invited to submit a match request outlining their project needs. Personalized Consultation: The professor will engage in a detailed discussion with the business owner (preferably over a video call) to ensure project alignment. Mutual Confirmation: Once both parties agree, confirmation is made on the Riipen platform, making the project available for student selection. Student Collaboration: Students, working in groups, will be assigned to projects initiating a collaborative journey. Ideal Partner: We seek passionate business owners eager to engage with students. The ideal partner possesses a clear project with a well-defined business problem statement. Centenary College of Louisiana’s Advanced Rhetoric course offers employers a unique opportunity to collaborate with learners who are refining their rhetorical and writing skills through real-world applications. These students are skilled in research, critical analysis, and adaptable writing, and are focused on exploring effective communication strategies that align with professional standards. Through this course, learners aim to build skills in persuasive writing, audience engagement, and genre-specific content creation. Employers are expected to provide regular communication and guidance throughout the project, supply necessary information for project completion, and offer constructive feedback on project outcomes via the Riipen platform.

This experience is designed for learners who have engaged in classroom observations and participation at Creswell Elementary School, focusing on the use of Zearn instructional materials. Learners have developed skills in observing and supporting students under the guidance of classroom teachers, and have maintained detailed reflection journals. These experiences equip learners with the ability to apply educational strategies and insights to real-world projects, enhancing instructional methods and student engagement.

Through a combination of class instruction, visits to area museums, and hands-on practice in the Meadows Museum of Art on Centenary College's campus, students will craft their own exhibition and install it an a museum.
