This project aims to conduct a comprehensive competitive analysis of brands within the North American market that share a similar target audience, ingredient deck, price point, and product portfolio with Ofori. The goal is to understand the competitive landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation. Learners will analyze competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning to refine Ofori's brand identity and DNA. The project will involve researching market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies. By aligning the brand with growth objectives, learners will help Ofori enhance its market presence and appeal to its target audience. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply marketing and strategic analysis skills acquired in the classroom.

Livrables

The deliverables for this project include a detailed competitive analysis report highlighting key findings and insights. Learners will also provide a refined brand identity proposal that aligns with Ofori's growth goals. Additionally, a presentation summarizing the analysis and recommendations will be prepared for stakeholders. These deliverables will demonstrate the learners' ability to apply strategic thinking and market analysis skills effectively.
