POSITION SUMMARY As a PR Intern at Ryan Singh Productions LTD., you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic field of public relations within the entertainment industry. You will work closely with our PR team to support various projects and campaigns aimed at promoting our films, productions, and talent. Come and work with a diverse collective of professionals who bring innovation, passion, and creativity to the table. RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assist in monitoring media coverage related to projects and industry trends. Research media outlets, journalists, and influencers for potential outreach opportunities. 2. Assist in outreach efforts to secure coverage and partnerships across digital platforms. 3. Assist in the revision of scripts and writing content, press releases, media alerts, pitch emails, and other written materials. 4. Assist with administrative duties such as organizing press clippings, maintaining media contact databases, and coordinate mailings and deliveries. 5. Attend, and participate in Zoom meetings with the team as required. 6. Attend weekly Zoom /or in-person meetings with Supervisor, Ryan Singh. 7. Contribute to the development of social media content to engage an audience and enhance our online presence. 8. Manage guest lists, coordinate logistics, assist with on-site media relations, attend casting sites, and travel to various locations. 9. Provide support and work collaboratively with the CEO and team. 10. Provide support during press events, film screenings, red-carpet premieres, and other promotional activities. 11. Support the PR team to build and maintain relationships with sponsor/donor relations. 12. Work alongside the team as required to create written and graphic content.
