Market Validation Study January
We are looking to gain a better understanding of out target market to ensure we are positioning ourselves in the right segment, offering effective benefits, and creating the best marketing messages. What we do: Bookup offers unique online solutions for businesses operating within the tourism and hospitality industry. The products and services offered help our clients streamline their daily activities using web and software solutions, thus improving overall business operations. On top of offering clients improved software solutions for digitizing their businesses, Bookup provides professional services in the following areas: Administrative Management, Human Resources Management, property management services, and new business start-up support. To accomplish this, you could focus on providing: A complete analysis of our current offerings, our target market, and the positioning of our brand. Conducting empirical interviews and/or questionnaires for feedback on our brand, product, service, etc. Executing further market research to develop a comprehensive report of our target market. Gathering data for website population, helping develop our HR database system, and reviewing training manuals and the HR handbook geared towards our connect-a-pro project. We will provide you with access to organizational assets that support the project, including personnel, marketing strategies, marketing and sales collateral, etc. We hope to gain a comprehensive understanding of our target market and how we can better satisfy their needs. We would like recommendations on how to improve our positioning, brand, and products to better suit the market.
Research Scheduling and CRM Systems
We would like to partner with a student to review our current scheduling and customer retention management systems and make recommendations as to how we can streamline the digital environment of our business. We currently are using acuity with is an add on with Squarespace and integrates nicely but is not perfect for the user experience. We use excel files and constant contact to keep track of and communicate with our customers. There are many systems that could help us to streamline this process. We would like a student team to do some research and see if there is a system that can do in one place what we currently in about 5 places. Our hope is that it would also benefit our data analytics and improve customer service and save us time and money. The right student or students should be interested in data analysis, user experience, company culture and increasing profitability and partner satisfaction. As we grow and prepare to launch more courses and programming and eventually get back to in-person delivery we want to be ready with the right scheduling and customer service/retention applications that we can find.
