Long Term Care Facility Working Conditions

With the aging population, the demands on health-care workers in long-term care facilities is ever increasing. In this project, students will work in groups of four to six to learn about the working conditions of a participating long-term care facility in their community. Students will conduct research on the realities of working in this type of facility. They will collect quantitative and qualitative data in an effort to develop recommendations for improvement.
