The contribution of these three Riipen members was very inconsistent. They requested to be hired as a three person team, and that caused comradery that ill-affected the production process. Sometimes the communication was efficient, but at other times, when any of the three members got critique about the work they did, that they did not like – they would spend a lot of time supporting each other as if they were the employers and not the employees. This takes an extraordinary amount of time to reconcile. Not good for any production process – I would consider hiring them as individuals, but as a group they are not productive.

To do this, we hope to improve our search engine optimization, and create an optimal schedule for our social media posts to be uploaded. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching keywords to determine the most relevant terms that our customers search for. Researching Search Engine Optimization requirements for us to rank on the first page of Google. Constructing a content calendar to upload social media content for the maximum possible traffic . Creating social media content using the most efficient keywords for our target audience while following the content calendar.
