Jobby needs videos edited for our social media channels. Videos will include recordings from podcasts, street interviews, interviews with prospective clients, interviews with current clients, and other types of exciting content. The video edits will need to be suitable for the platform they are being posted for so they can drive the correct engagement. This means some clips may be edited multiple times in different styles to be posted across different social media channels in order to best drive engagement and improve our digital marketing efforts on those channels.
Business Development Student
We’re looking for a student to help us analyze our competition and help improve our current service positioning to make more compelling offers for clients, and then to source and message potential customers. This includes competitor research, customer research, initial reach outs and following up after meetings.
Sales Development Student
We’re looking for a student to assist our sales team in moving customers through the sales cycle and helping close deals with customers. They will assist our sales team in working on developing our competitive analysis of the market landscape, the sales funnel, gathering information and creating presentations for our sales team to use during client presentations, and taking part in the meetings through zoom to help overcome objections and move customers onto the next stage or help close sales if they are at the buying stage of the sales cycle. They will be assisted by business development interns who will research and schedule meetings with potential clients.
Student Acquisition Specialist
We’re looking for a student to help us with Human Resources, recruiting, hiring. This includes using digital marketing to gain the attention of talent, reviewing resumes, initial reach outs to potential candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, conducting screening calls with interested candidates, and conducting initial interviews with candidates who meet our criteria.
Digital content creation
The main role of a digital content creator at Jobby is to transform the long form content filmed during interviews conducted by our team into engaging snippets of digital content. These snippets are strategically crafted to captivate our audience and are distributed across various social media platforms. In addition to this, content creators are also responsible for the meticulous editing of videos produced for our clients, ensuring that the final product is polished and aligns with the client's vision. With a blend of creativity and technical skills, our content creators play a pivotal role in amplifying Jobby's digital presence and delivering top-notch content to both our internal and external audiences.
Jobby Social Media Campaign Strategy
The main goal of this project is to create a comprehensive social media campaign strategy for Jobby, a company that is similar to TikTok but for jobs. The strategy should include a plan for how to use social media to reach and engage potential customers, as well as a plan for how to measure the success of the campaign.
Supervising Video Editors and Improving Project Management Software
The main goal of this project is to supervise our video editors creations and make sure they follow our processes and use our project management software correctly. They will also make suggestions of improvement to our project management software to improve our video editing process.
Automation Specialist Project
The main goal of this project is to automate many of Jobby's processes, especially their email processes which currently require a lot of manpower. The Automation Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement, nurture leads, and optimize conversion rates. They will also be responsible for automating more basic tasks such as as emailing clients to confirm basic details to set up meetings with them, our communication process between our development team and our customer service representatives, and utilizing artificial intelligence to create new automated processes and to better automate existing ones.
Outreach and Sales Support Project
The goal of this project is to support the Sales team at FounderNow by providing outreach to clients, booking meetings with clients, aiding in the creation of sales presentations, and joining in on the sales meetings to assist with closing clients.
