Your organization has products or services requiring a marketing plan. Up to eight student teams will spend 8 weeks conducting research and developing a Marketing Plan in the form of three deliverables: A situation analysis , researching your product/service and producing a report covering the external business environment you operate or plan to operate within. Segmenting, targeting, and positioning breaking down available customer groups, ones that may be attractive to target, and how potential customers perceive the marketplace. Marketing mix plan including aligning your product/service with customer needs, pricing analysis and recommendations, appropriate channels of communication, and promotional strategy.
