Susan Meredith is the inventor of MentaMorph Money, a financial game and workshops to “mentally morph millions of mindsets about money,” a learn by doing, trial and error, practice makes perfect financial education experience. It provides numerous business and personal scenarios to practice financial decisions where it isn’t costly.
She co-founded Go Green Squads, an energy efficiency provider for single family, multifamily and commercial properties which they sold in 2015 and it is still doing the good work for the environment. She is the author of the award-winning book “Beyond Light Bulbs: Lighting the Way to Smarter Energy Management."
Susan previously founded HumanExcel, a corporate education firm specializing in educational experiences for Fortune 100 companies, nonprofits, and government agencies. Her specialty was business process development and improvement.
She has an MBA from University of Texas and a BS in Engineering from University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.

MentaMorph Money is a mobile financial game to practice financial decisions where it isn’t boring, scary or costly to make mistakes. Players make multiple concurrent decisions in rounds like in real life. Through the games, debrief discussions and other activities, participants quickly and effectively gain distinctions on strategies for financial success. The game uses a web interface that can be used on the PC, iOS, Mac and Android, and is developed in Unity. It is played in rounds with decisions about income, expenses, assets, debts, and emergencies. There are multiple scenarios and increasing levels of complexity. There are numerous markets to target with varying cost structures, and numerous pricing options. This project is to analyze those options for a pricing structure that is easy to explain and based on the related costs.

Players make multiple concurrent decisions in rounds like in real life. Through the games, debrief discussions and other activities, participants quickly and effectively gain distinctions on strategies for financial success. The game uses a cross-platform application on the PC, iOS, Mac and Android, and is developed in Unity and may use Firebase. It is played in rounds with decisions about income, expenses, assets, debts, and emergencies. A database is needed to collect data during the game and create an instructor dashboard as well as analyze the behavior data: metrics such net worth scores per round, improvement in net worth, time to complete, increased use of savings, investments, passive income, reduced passive expense, loans to pay expenses as well as the actions taken each round and info about the scenario played and per student.
