Strategic Prospecting SALES Plan for a unique patented accessory
Number of individual students required: (2 students) OR Number of students required to work in team: (A team of 2 students) To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process. We would like to equip our sales team with a plan that guides them in researching new prospects, identifying key contacts, and reaching out with compelling messages. We would like you to create a simple step-by-step strategy for prospecting sales of our worldwide patented extenders in our target market under two different brand we have: COCHIC (a high end brand providing an elegant packaging to customers like the Ritz Carlton) and C2 (a more affordable brand sold by customers like Walmart). The project may include, but is not limited to: Identifying precise contacts for new potential accounts that align with our current customer base. Compiling relevant market information. Building a customizable B2B outreach script. Creating a simple tracking framework, including metrics, for measuring outreach success. The final project deliverable is a report including research, analysis, and recommendations. It should assist our sales team in successfully prospecting within our target market with actionable recommendations that will increase sales conversions.

Number of students required to work in team: 4 teams of 2 students Grab My Bag , is a Luggage Delivery Service primed to disrupt the baggage claim process by delivering travelers checked bags from airport baggage claim to customer specified destination. Our team is looking for social media marketing wizards who can help us drive more traffic and improve our SEO positioning, while quickly spreading brand awareness making our company a household name and new norm. The primary project requirements include: Keyword analysis to determine relevant search terms to our organization A strategy document to outline: Search Engine Optimization (SEO) requirements to ensure our organization appears on the first page of Google for relevant keywords Social media requirements to increase the number of followers/likes and share 3.
