Peqish Food Company aims to enhance its existing NAOHI technology scoring system by migrating it from a static JSN hard-coded file to a dynamic, user-friendly front-end web portal. The current system relies heavily on Excel files for data entry, which is cumbersome and inefficient. The new system should allow users to easily input data through a web interface. Additionally, the project will incorporate an AI/ML component to train the algorithm for better accuracy and adaptability. The system will also need to integrate with online nutritional databases and standard programs like Recipal via API. This project will enable Peqish to streamline its nutritional scoring process, making it more efficient and scalable.

Main Goal : The primary objective of this project is to create an automated workflow and test different outreach conversion strategies to drive specific individuals from the dietary supplement market to enter our sales lead funnel. We want students to not only understand the significance of their contributions but also feel confident that the project is manageable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, for up to 8 weeks.

Through our certification program, we endeavour to score the healthiness index of food and to help consumers make more informed choices of the foods they purchase for them and their families. To become more efficient and effective in liaising with new customers and managing the sales process, we need to automate the existing workflow. We would like improve elements of our website and drive SEO ranking to create more leads. With this, we also want to equip our sales team with a qualified leads list, a sales management tool, and an set of email and short text based messages that allow us to manage the entire customer experience and sales process. This is an online assessment that is overseen by the independent body that certifies B-Corporations (the B Lab). The assessment covers our entire operations and measures our impact in governance, workers, community, the environment, as well as our products and services. We also must integrate sustainability commitments to stakeholders into our governing documents. Scope of Work: An assessment of our current score, which will allow us to identify our areas for improvement. You will leverage the on-line portal to evaluate Peqish's current score. You will assess the score in relationship to other companies, score the latter of which is available on-line. You will create a summary of your findings and present those to management, Management will pick an area that needs improvement and will have you focus on that area to create a plan to how to improve Peqish's score in that area. Positions available : 2 To become a proactive sales team, we need assistance developing an outreach process for a group of National Distributors across Canada.
