Aspire Inc. is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Intern to spearhead the promotion of our YawChic and WeCare Collection on topoftherack.com which donates proceeds to our non-profit initiative to support underrepresented entrepreneurs. The goal is to drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost sales through strategic digital marketing initiatives. This project provides an opportunity for learners to apply their knowledge of digital marketing by developing and executing campaigns across various online channels. The learners will focus on social media management, paid advertising, and SEO optimization. They will work closely with Aspire Inc.'s marketing team to ensure that the strategies align with the company's business goals and produce measurable outcomes. The project will also involve tracking and analyzing the performance of digital marketing activities to refine strategies effectively. Activities: Social Media Management: Review, refine, and implement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest to grow followers and enhance engagement. Paid Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize 2 PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Instagram or Facebook Ads to increase visitors and engagement. SEO Optimization: Conduct comprehensive keyword research, optimize product listings, and enhance website content to improve organic search rankings. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of all digital marketing activities using tools like Google Analytics, and website system analytics providing insights to refine strategies. The main goal for the project is to develop a comprehensive volunteer recruitment plan to support our Non-Profit Initiative. The plan should aim to enhance community engagement and project implementation efficiency, ultimately supporting individuals from marginalized groups in achieving economic freedom through entrepreneurship and sustainable endeavors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching effective volunteer recruitment processes and approaches to identify viable strategies - Developing a strategy to attract volunteers from diverse backgrounds and communities. - Creating a communication plan to engage potential volunteers and promote the Non-Profit Initiative. - Developing supporting resources to implement a volunteer management system for volunteer onboarding, training, and ongoing support.
Website Development
Our company sells merchandise online. We hope to enhance the SEO and Conversion along with functionality of our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to enhance our existing website on Wix, for an improved website that is easy to maintain while providing an appealing interface for users. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different ecommerce and application tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which tools and integrations is most suitable. Implementing tools or integrations with our assistance in providing the content/subscriptions. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website and use of the tools. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback. Developing tracking tools for ongoing reporting and analysis
Online Store Website Development
We would like a new website for our online store. Migrating from Wix to Shopify - utilizing one of their templates but offering customization to enhance the user experience and interface. The purpose of the store is the sales of merchandise, the proceeds from the sales go back into supporting access to consulting and coaching services (our primary category of work), for marginalized and underrepresented communities pursuing entrepreneurial endeavours. Products sold on the store are also acquired from artisans reflective of those groups. We would like to work with students to set-up the website for us. Students should be prepared to: Create a design proposal and feature enhancements of the Shopify template using mockups for our company's review. Build a fully-functioning website, with our assistance in providing content and copy.
